Marketing Communications – Senior Graphic Designer
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, the Senior Graphic Designer will work within the Marketing department as well as with other departments and outside contractors. The Senior Designer will produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs.
Warner Instruments, a subsidiary of Harvard Bioscience, and located in Hamden Connecticut has an immediate opening for a part-time skilled machinist. Warner Instruments designs and manufactures biomedical research tools for the cellular, electrophysiological, and neurological sciences.
Customer Service Representative
Provides high level assistance to customers via telephone or by email, enters information into the ERP and SalesForce.com to document customer interactions.
Technical Support Specialist – MSA Engineer
Responsible for product support for prospects, customers, subsidiary offices, distributors and outside sales team via phone and email. The candidate is required to have in-depth product knowledge(including use, maintenance and repair) to support the sales of Harvard Bioscience’s core manufactured products for Molecular Separation Analysis brand lines(i.e. spectrophotometers, plate readers and washers, electrophoresis and amino acid analyzers). Expected to be a significant contributor toward service contract acquisition and in support to the Field Service Team. Person will be essential in supporting Technical Support colleagues and engineering about product function, user requests, and product improvements. This person will engage heavily with the Global Marketing team, Field Service Engineers, and internal service personnel. Provide pre- and post-sales support to distributors, subsidiary offices, and outside sales force. Ultimately significantly contribute toward the sales growth of Harvard Bioscience through appropriate customer communication and follow through.
Marketing Events Coordinator – Holliston, MA
A member of the Marketing Communications team, the Marketing Events Coordinator works closely with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure successful execution of corporate tradeshow exhibits and associated events, both domestic and internationally. This includes assisting with logistical planning of large multi-segment tradeshows as well as supporting smaller events and meetings.
